Samuel Gottesman Library now subscribes to Scite.ai, an AI-powered research platform that analyzes and provides citation context for scientific papers, helping researchers evaluate the credibility and impact of scholarly articles. The Scite.ai database contains over 1.2 billion citations and 185 million full-text articles. This session will introduce you to Scite.ai.

After this class session, you will be able to:

  1. Create a Scite account
  2. Search Scite effectively using the Basic Search and the AI assistant.
  3. Understand how Scite’s AI assistant differs from other AI tools.
  4. Interpret citations in context
